Relatia is built on a single, non-negotiable principle: your chat history is never stored. Your messages represent the most intimate record of your relationship. We treat them with the gravity that deserves. When you upload a chat file, it is loaded into memory, analysed, and immediately discarded. No message content is ever written to our database, stored on our servers, or accessible to any human being.

What We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to deliver your report:

• Your email address (to deliver your PDF report)
• Numerical scores derived from the analysis (e.g., conflict severity scores, positive connection scores)
• Your generated PDF report (stored securely for 30 days for re-download)
• Payment information (processed entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details)

What We Never Collect

• The content of any message in your chat history
• Names, phone numbers, or contact information from your chat
• Your chat file in any form after analysis is complete
• Any data that could identify the other person in your conversation

Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Our servers are hosted in secure, SOC 2-compliant data centres. We use industry-standard security practices and conduct regular security reviews.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email address and generated report at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Because we do not store message content, there is nothing else to delete.
